We are committed to providing flexibility for our people, ensuring they can bring their full selves to work and excel in their careers, while also prioritizing their personal lives and physical/mental wellbeing. We call this approach Fusion - it is our commitment to ensuring a flexible work-life balance.
What is Fusion?
Fusion brings together four hybrid-working principles, a clear work-life balance policy, online training, self-assessments of workplace environments, flexible workplace options, opportunities to connect, global wellbeing days, social committees, and employee resource groups.
The program allows our people to work from an office, a home space, a coffee shop, or wherever makes sense for them. This flexibility means that our people can choose to work in the right environment for them and can vary this approach each day - they can utilize a Unit4 office or space-as-a-service location when needed, or they can work from home or another location in their country of employment. Working together with their managers, they can choose a solution that fits their role and their needs.

Keeping people connected
We have teams across the globe at Unit4, with key regions in North America, Nordics, UK & Ireland, Central Europe, and Asia Pacific. Keeping our people connected is a priority for us.
We achieve this through several initiatives: core office hubs with state-of-the-art facilities and customer meeting areas, dedicated social committees in each country, and leader-led engagement. Additionally, we foster inclusion, empowerment, and equity through Employee Resource Groups focused on Women, Pride, People of Color and Mental Health and Access.
Invested in wellbeing
The wellbeing of our people is always top of mind for Unit4. We have several programs and support functions in place to ensure our people are happy and healthy. These include mental health support and an Employee Assistance Program, mindfulness with Headspace, wellbeing programs from Espresa, and family planning, reproductive health, and menopause support delivered by Maven.
