We have many years of experience working with people-centered organizations around the world. Delivering a people first approach from both locally focused teams and as a core part of Unit4’s global organization.

Our dedicated individuals are based across the globe and enjoy Unit4's hybrid-work model – Fusion. As part of this program, we have implemented a space-as-a-service model to provide the option of working in a shared co-working space, as well as working remotely. We also encourage everyone to utilize our wellbeing programs and we have many virtual and in-person social committees in place to bring employees together.
