Our impact
Sustainability and society
We recognize the responsibility we have to the world around us. We aim to make thoughtful decisions and take meaningful actions to support environmental sustainability, foster social equity, and maintain strong governance standards. Together, we are working toward a better future for all.

Creating a sustainable future
At Unit4, we believe in creating a sustainable future where businesses thrive in harmony with the planet and society. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts are deeply rooted in our core values. By addressing key challenges across all three dimensions, we embed sustainability into every aspect of our operations, driving positive change for our people, customers, communities, and the environment.
Act4Good
As part of our dedication to the environment, we are committed to giving back our time, knowledge, resources, and ideas to community projects. With Act4Good, our people can dedicate a percentage of their time to causes that are important to them.
They have taken part in projects such as beach clean-ups, volunteering at foodbanks, food and clothing drives and helping local youth groups with interviewing techniques.

As part of our Act4Good anniversary program, we encourage our people to embrace opportunities to give back to society. Our people get the chance each time they mark a five-year tenure milestone with us to enjoy an unforgettable week of volunteer work organized by Unit4 and our partners. In the past we have had people involved in forest, environmental, and wildlife conservation, along with refugee and youth support programs in places like Italy, Portugal, and the UK.

See one of our Act4Good anniversary experiences in action, as we caught up with a team of Unit4 colleagues, from all around the world, who'd come together to take in a forest conservation program in Portugal.
I loved every second of this experience. I loved working at the farm. It was a perfect balance of new experiences, very rewarding work, meeting new and interesting people, learning so much, and making bonds with Unit4 colleagues I would never usually meet within my role.
