The Top Young 100 program is an annual initiative dedicated to the best supply chain students in Poland. For several years it has been identifying the best young talent, supporting their development and further career path, and building a strong group of future industry leaders in Poland.
Unit4’s works with a yearly cohort of Top Young 100 students via internships, work projects, workshops, and mentoring. Students working with Unit4 focus on procurement and supply chain projects. We have between 20 and 25 students working on three work projects per annum, with two to three Unit4 mentors supporting them.
In 2024, we were delighted that the Top Young 100 student project team, who developed a procurement optimization solution for our Procurement team, was recognized at the Polish Supply Chain Awards gala. This is a fantastic achievement and testament to the difference Top Young 100 can make in people’s careers.
