Generation Girl is an Indonesian nonprofit that equips young women with hard and soft skills through STEM-based programs to become future tech leaders. It inspires, educates, and provides hands-on experience through diverse programs that teach five foundational skills important for all leaders: problem-solving, critical thinking, confidence, communication, and compassion.
To kick off our partnership in 2024, we co-organized an event in Indonesia, where Generation Girl CEO, Nadine Siregar and Junior Chief of Staff, Syaravina M, as well as our Chief People Office, Tania Garret, discussed the unique challenges for women in leadership positions. They shared insights and experiences on how we can nurture future female leaders, especially in the world of technology. Over 30 women attended the talk and actively engage in resulting conversations.
We plan to host more webinars in partnership with Generation Girls in the future, with the aim of empowering young women through STEM-based programs to become future leaders.
