    This program allows for on-the-spot recognition, enabling our people to celebrate the achievements of their colleagues in real-time. All Unit4 employees can recognize and reward colleagues who exemplify our Unit4 values, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, exhibit a strong SaaS mindset, or show great DE&I or Environmental Engagement. 

    Act4Good - Anniversary Program

    As part of our Act4Good anniversary program, we encourage our people to embrace opportunities to give back to society. Our people get the chance each time they mark a five-year tenure milestone with us to enjoy an unforgettable week of volunteer work organized by Unit4 and our partners. In the past we have had people involved in forest, environmental, and wildlife conservation, along with refugee and youth support programs in places like Italy, Portugal, Greece, and Andorra.
     

    Top Performers Club (TPC)

    Is an annual program designed to recognize our top performers with an amazing trip of a lifetime, joined by members of our Global Leadership Team. It forms part of the compensation scheme for our colleagues in roles where variable compensation, competition, and risk and reward plays a significant part. Also eligible for the Club are selected colleagues across the business, including our top consultants, those who have gone above and beyond for the business, and those who’ve championed and demonstrated our values.
