The Missions
Our Unit4 ERGs are groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace for underrepresented communities, aligned with our mission, values, and practices. They are employee-led, and each group has its own identity, mission statement, objectives, and roadmap.
ERGs are open to all employees, who can participate whether they share characteristics with the focus of the ERG or are an ally.
Mental Health and Access
Mental Health and Access at Unit4 is focused on supporting and advocating for differently abled people, neurodivergent people and people living with a mental illness. The network strives to advance disability inclusion while raising awareness of the reality that employees face at work. The group has set up several initiatives focused on men’s health and mental health awareness month and is helping Unit4 to address their online accessibility needs in accordance with local laws. The global leadership team sponsor is Matt Bagley, Chief Financial Officer.
Pride at Unit4
Pride at Unit4 celebrates the heritage of resilience in the LGBTQIA+ community, the sparkle the community brings, and the struggles they still face. Our LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies actively make Unit4 a more inclusive and supportive workspace, amplify voices, and advocate for equality globally. This group has teamed up with Stonewall in the UK to help colleagues understand the heritage and struggles they can face. Inclusive language and gender inclusivity sessions have been held to educate the wider Unit4 team and both sessions had great attendance, with many allies initiated. The global leadership team sponsor is Jean de Villiers, Chief Customer Officer.
People of color
