People first
Our dedication to an inclusive workspace where everyone's voice is heard.
The Unit4 way
People’s differences fuel our extraordinary people experience and fresh ideas. Diverse backgrounds and identities make up our global culture and we celebrate that culture every day. We are passionate advocates of equity and nurture a culture of belonging – where we all belong without having to conform, where our contributions matter, and where we can all inspire. As a company with a people-first approach and wellbeing weaved into our values we are committed to ensuring everyone is heard. We carry out a weekly anonymous pulse survey with our employees, and our leaders actively review the results monthly to hit our personal inclusion goals.
Our objectives
We have a three-step strategy to achieving our diversity, equity, inclusion (DE&I) goals, which are laid out below:
Attract, hire & grow
Attract, hire and grow exceptional talent with diverse perspectives through hiring processes, leadership and growth paths.
Inclusive support
Build an inclusive and supportive environment driven by our leadership team, our processes, and more.
Driving change
Change the tech industry through DEI policies, data analysis, and future talent.
Attract, hire & grow
Attract, hire, and grow exceptional talent with diverse perspectives through inclusive hiring practices, partnerships with global advocacy groups, access to LinkedIn Learning, and community initiatives that support underrepresented populations.
Inclusive support
Build an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone. This includes our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), our benefit and reward packages - underpinned by a philosophy of well-being, and our global Fusion program offering flexible scheduling options. This comprehensive approach enhances our ability to attract and retain talent by accommodating various personal needs and preferences.
Drive change
Be a driving force for change in the tech industry. Our inclusive wellbeing benefits help working parents and people from all backgrounds, as do our partnerships, along with local colleges and universities in some of the cities our offices are located in for fresh perspective.
Partnerships
We work with many partners around the world to improve on our equality policies and cater to the needs of our people.

Gender Pay Gap Reports
Diversity is not just about gender but embraces all areas of inclusion and Unit4 is committed to driving its focus around our people and the contribution they give unrelated to their identity. We respect each and every one of our employees and we are driving a number of initiatives to meet this goal.
Unit4 embraces the need to publish our gender pay report as we welcome transparency but we also want to be clear that demonstrating differentials in pay based on gender is not our sole focus, we are equally as focused on creating an environment that is fair and equal for all of our employees.
