Headspace Mindfulness and Headspace Health are two complimentary benefits we provide to employees in the majority of our global locations. Headspace Health provides mental health support with 24/7/365 access to coaches and delivers our employee assistance program (EAP) to provide confidential support and work-life resources to our people and their dependents. Headspace Mindfulness provides tools for everyday stress.

Our people can find support for fertility, adoption, surrogacy, perimenopause, menopause, and return-to-work coaching. The inclusive benefits support women, parents, and the diverse need of every employee. It helps improve mental health, decreases burnout, helps with returning to work after parental leave, and minimizes care gaps.
