Interview processes can take different routes, depending on locations, teams, and the role you are applying for. We want you to be successful and prepared for the process ahead.

Get to know Unit4

  • We start the process with an interview conducted by our Talent Acquisition team.
  • During the call, the team will tell you more about the role and Unit4.
  • You will have the opportunity to share your experience and provide examples of past roles that align with the job specification. We encourage an open discussion about your experience, skills, motivations, and why you have applied for the role. This is also your opportunity to ask questions.
  • The team will provide you with next steps and expectations.

Hiring manager interview

  • After a successful first interview, you will participate in an interview with the hiring manager.
  • The purpose of this call is to dig deeper into your experience, provide examples of your work history, and get to know you better.
  • We encourage you to carry out research using our careers website, Unit4.com, social media, etc.

Multistage Interviews

  • Depending on the role being applied for, the interview process can then take several paths. There could be a variety of skill-based activities required from you, ranging from panel interviews, skills-based presentations, and case study presentations.
  • We carry out skills test evaluations for all technical roles.
  • The order of your interview process will be laid out for you at each interview stage.

Feedback and offer

  • Final feedback is very important for anyone going through a recruitment process. We aim to always provide you with feedback on your interview.
  • If unsuccessful, we encourage you to apply again if a suitable position arises and will keep your resume on file unless you ask us not to.
  • If you are successful, the offer stage is our final stage in the process, and we will provide you with your package and onboarding details. When ready, you can share your news on our LinkedIn page and other social channels
