Talent development
We support a positive learning culture that stimulates an independent quest for knowledge, and shared learning that enhances the success of our people and organization. We set global induction programs at the beginning of your career journey with Unit4 and leverage learning partners. Each business function enables talent development paths specific to their group. We run sales enablement programs, in-house product training, LinkedIn Learning paths, IT and security workshops, online workshops and much more, to enableour people to carry out their roles to the best of their abilities.
Talent management
Talent management is an initiative focused on identifying and nurturing high-potential employees through periodic talent reviews. The program seeks to recognize individuals' ability to thrive in expanded roles, providing them with customized development plans and the support needed to achieve their full professional capabilities.
Performance enablement and recognition
There is no bigger factor impacting our success than the performance of our people. The contribution of every individual matters and we ensure our people are managed, developed and supported, in the best possible way. On top of this, we have Kudos4U, our employee recognition program celebrating individuals who embrace and live our values.

Wellbeing initiatives
Our values are underpinned by our wellbeing approach, which is considered in everything we do, and our approach to providing a healthy and sustainable work/life balance. We partner with third-party companies like Headspace, Espresa and Maven to look after the wellbeing of our people and three times a year the whole company takes a wellbeing day to recharge and switch off.
People networks
Social committees and employee resource groups (ERGs) foster a community culture throughout our global workforce. Our local social events run by our people enable volunteering, sports and social events where local teams can meet and have invaluable conversations and build connections. Our ERGs create an inclusive and diverse workforce for underrepresented communities, aligned with our mission, values and practices. These employee-led initiatives set their own goals and roadmaps.
Crazy Lab Days
Crazy Lab Days is an initiative that encourages employees to share a problem or situation that they would like to either solve or improve, while also exploring groundbreaking solutions! It brings together teams from all regions, departments, and stages in their careers to collaborate on solutions that can help the business.

What fascinates me the most in my role is the continuous challenge it presents and the chance to explore emerging technologies like AI. These advancements benefit both our team members and our customers, keeping me engaged and driven each day.
