· You are responsible for the operational/financial metrics and overall business results;

· Responsible for keeping financial and performance forecasts accurate;

· You set and drive our strategic direction and make sure we grow next to keeping an eye on the quality of our consultancy service, and maintaining customer reference;

· Develop new methods and see opportunities to expand our services for our current and new customers;

· You create and implement the necessary processes to support and help to maintain our high level of consultancy services that helps drive and support the business strategy;

· Regularly sit together and work closely with your teams and colleagues in Product Development, Product Marketing, Support, Consulting Sales, and Sales to all align on our shared purpose; 

· You assess and manage business risks in pursuit of overall business goals;

· You manage and grow a substantive revenue stream and customer base.

You have a Bachelor degree in computer science, business or comparable;

· 4+ years of consulting services senior management experience with P&L responsibility and at least 10-15 years consulting or industry experience;

· 12+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting management experience with financial management responsibility;

· You own a combination of technical and consultative skills, functional knowledge and management experience;

· You are a leader who motivates people to achieve the best at work and be the best version of themselves;

· You like to travel;

· You easily connect and talk with people on different levels.
