Job Description
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be in charge of finding the best talent and building relationships with potential candidates.
- Developing strategic and creative sourcing strategies that excite talented individuals to come and work at Unit4;
- Sourcing candidates globally, using creative search techniques;
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to evaluate position requirements, providing guidance on market availability and sourcing strategies to identify best in class candidates;
- You will advocate and deliver a positive candidate experience;
- Ability to build a network of potential candidates;
Qualifications
- Passion for engaging with people and sharing our energy & love for working at Unit4;
- Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in an international fast-paced environment;
- Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges;
- Well organized, with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Social media savvy and know how to digitally connect and excite others;
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
