PSA Solution Consultant - North America

We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant with an interest in bringing value to our customers for our PSA Practice.

As a solution consultant you operate independently by applying company's policies and procedures, leading practices, and creativity to position value driven solutions on moderately complex to complex customer engagements. You have the skills required to effectively understand the core customer concerns and position Unit4 solutions. Your focus is on advising customers on Best Practice for practice management and help them adopt to our industry standards.

As a solution consultant you will always be looking to improve our value proposition and positioning to ensure alignment to customer needs and showcase thought leadership on practice management. You will also be a key participant and contact person with the global product team to ensure that you 1) actively provide customer feedback into the product team and 2) ensure that new functionalities are suitably positioned in demos. 

Key Requirements:

• Ability to analyze and review customer needs to map the requirements to the capabilities of our PSA system;
• Experience with challenging clients on business requirements and showcase Unit4 PSA modules to unlock customers’ potential to tackle fresh challenges and seize new opportunities;
• Effectively demo end to end capabilities of Unit4 PSA including project management, resource management, Time and Expense, Billing, Approvals and invoicing
• Affinity with Microsoft Dynamics for Sales
• Familiarity with Power BI on top of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Previous experience with practice management software

• Bachelor or Master education in business economics, financial accounting or similar area;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for Sales;
• Knowledge of the Professional Services domain;
• Knowledge of PowerBI and MS Flow is an advantage;
• Business acumen and strong communication skills (written and verbal) in local language and English;
• Ability to travel.
