Job Description

Position Summary

This position is responsible for working across applications and services within Unit4 CRM ecosystem (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Integrations to peripherical applications) to develop new functionality and innovative solutions to address product owner and project stakeholder requirements.

The developer will work closely with the platform architect/TechLead, platform team, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Security to ensure technical designs and development address requirements in the most effective and secure manner for the overall Dynamics CRM ecosystem. The developer will be required to consider the current needs and architecture of the environment while reviewing future enhancement roadmaps and assessing core platform and/or application changes driven by version upgrades.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when appropriate) Dynamics 365 Sales solution/ Power Apps applications and services to deliver new functionality and capabilities
  • Assists with second level incident resolution, problem root cause analysis, and post change validation
  • Provides on-call support when critical production issues occur
  • Assists the platform team in estimating release level of effort
  • Follows and improves architecture, design, technical documentation, and coding standards
  • Participates in and works with platform team to ensure proper quality assurance is completed related to unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Responsible for reviewing, validating, and remediating all version and patch/Wave upgrades associated with assigned application and services
  • Develops with an eye towards automation
  • Regularly demo and train customers on the solutions built
  • Works as a team, peer reviewing all changes and using CI / CD processes to own a solution all the way through to production usage
  • Gain knowledge of any development work completed by external implementation partners prior their implementation


The position is in Jakarta and mostly carried out from 1.30 PM - 10.00 PM WIB to serve users in European time zone. The candidate might also need to work in shifts and in stand-by where applicable. After an initial induction period in the office, you may choose to work largely from home.



Required Skills & Experience:


  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions, integrations, Power Automate & Power-apps
  • Experience with Azure DevOps automation technologies, products and services, especially, application and microservices development, automation and scripting.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
  • Experience of working with Azure Devops, Github,
  • Strong Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Data Verse, Data Analysis, Data Migration Tools
  • Experience in CI/CD and Provisioning tools (Azure Resource Manager, Azure Pipelines, etc)
  • Familiarity with ITIL/DevOps
  • Strong business acumen

  • Flexibility to adjust development activities in support of the business needs

  • 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience with Dynamics 365 development and configuration skills.

·        Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions, integrations & Power-apps

·        Possessed relevant Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM certification – preferred

  • Experience with Azure DevOps automation technologies, products and services, especially in infrastructure as code, application and microservices development, automation and scripting.
  • Experience in with Azure Devops, Github, Jenkins, PowerShell scripting
  • Experience in CI/CD and Provisioning tools (Azure Resource Manager, Azure Pipelines, Kubernetes, etc)
  • Experience and working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
  • Knowledge of KingswaySoft SIS, Ringlead or any other SSIS/Data Tool would be added advantage
  • ITIL Foundations Certification recommended
  • Solid experience with conflict resolution
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills
  • Ability to execute and prioritize several tasks simultaneously
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
