Job Description

The PMO Success Engineering is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of Customer Success Product releases. They work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success Management, Professional Services, Support, Sales, Software Development, Testing, and Operations to ensure timely and successful delivery of Customer Success products.

Typical responsibilities of the PMO in the Success Engineering team will include identification and onboarding our rotational cohort of field resources each quarter, based on the requirements of the roadmap, planning the release calendar, and ensuring the team tracks to the timeline agreed using Azure Dev Ops. Communicating progress and ensuring collaboration across the Unit4 ecosystem through the identification and measurement of Key Performance Indicators will be key to the success of each rotation, allowing risks to be identified, tracked and managed, quality maintained and opportunities for continuous improvement incorporated into our processes.

Qualifications

Strong communication, planning and negotiation skills will be key to ensuring success in this role as well as a strong understanding of project management and business analysis disciplines as they relate to product management or Customer Success. Ideally you’ll have 5-7 years’ experience in a Customer Success environment, preferably with demonstrable project management capability.
