Job Description

The Portfolio Manager is accountable for the creation and maintenance of the Unit4 customer success subscription offering “Success4U 2.0”. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success Management, Professional Services, Support, Sales, Software Development, Testing, and Operations you will ensure that there are comprehensive Success Journey approaches to support the industry models and supported by relevant Success Catalogue and knowledge base collateral. Working with the Success Engineering PMO and Communities of Practice Lead, you will ensure that the required product offerings are scheduled in the development roadmap and communicated across the execution functions.

Typical responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager in the Success Engineering team will include identifying opportunities to grow our portfolio from analyst interactions, customer and field feedback and your own analysis of market trends. Maintaining the go-to-market approach for these offerings and working with the Communities of Practice team, you will develop and implement strategies to help customers achieve their goals and maximize their return on investment by leveraging all aspects of Unit4 Customer Success offerings.

Driving adoption of our offerings will be a key accountability and you'll be responsible for defining and monitoring subscription metrics, such as customer satisfaction, churn rate, and retention rate, to ensure that our product offerings are meeting customer needs using this data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership as well as driving a programme of continuous improvement across our portfolio.

Qualifications

A customer focus, understanding the needs of the customer and how Customer Success drives product adoption and value realisation is critical to our success, supported by strong communication skills enabling you to articulate our product's value proposition, build relationships with customers (internal and external), and address their concerns and questions.

A strategic thinker, you will plan and optimise our product offerings for our customers' needs. You should be able to identify and prioritise opportunities to drive customer success and revenue growth using data analysis skills to derive insights and adjust our approach accordingly.

You will have experience in a Customer Success environment with strong demonstrable project management skills and a desire to continually learn to drive continuous improvement programmes with measurable impact.
