Our Business Development team in North America is experiencing hyper growth! We're looking to hire hungry, driven business development professionals to drive pipeline of our Unit4 software solutions.
- Generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via a number of creative and innovative methods.
- Developing an account strategy, engaging multiple stakeholders by working to create opportunities for our Account Executives to close
- Developing a deep understanding of the client target market to understand prospect market to ensure quality of opportunities being driven
- Proactively working with the client to deliver sales and business transformation objectives and understanding the barriers to success, creatively driving solutions
- Ensuring efficient and effective recording and reporting of key information to prospects, customers and internally through agreed processes and systems
- Ideally at least 1 years worth of business development / lead generation / sales experience, within a SaaS or Tech Company or a recent graduate, hungry to kickstart a career in sales
- You have a Bachelor degree in a relevant field or relevant experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- You easily connect and talk over the phone with decision makers
- Clear focus on customers, performance, and results
- High level of initiative and responsibility, self-reliant action
- You have an excellent knowledge & grasp of the sales process
- You like to work together and learn a lot from an experienced colleague who will guide you
