What you will do

As the Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the management, planning and execution of learning and development solutions – maintaining the current offering as well as developing and growing future opportunities. You will report to and work closely with the Global Head of Talent Development, the wider People Experience community, and our Global Leaders Community. You will:

  • Lead the delivery of our global Talent Development (TD) programs – including new employee onboarding, mentoring, and learning festivals. 

  • Ensure we are providing the appropriate interpersonal skills development opportunities for our people (this may be through designing and delivering content yourself, and/or through the procurement of external training partners). 

  • Working with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees, to align training initiatives with organizational goals. 

  • Research, evaluate and present a range of relevant and innovative solutions for TD needs.  

  • Assist with best practice research, providing insight into TD trends and learning technology.  

  • Drive engagement and participation in our Leaders Community.  

  • Communicate TD initiatives within the business so that they are known, understood, and adopted – be a TD ambassador. 

  • Report on TD activities and program budgets to leadership team, quarterly and ad hoc.  

  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of the online people platforms (SharePoint, LMS, Talent Management tools), including content creation and the curation of learning paths. 

  • Support DEI and wellbeing initiatives – ensure that everything we do is done equitably.  

  • Support with training administration. 

  • Ad hoc duties and projects, as and when required by the business. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is excited to work in Talent Development and truly wants to be part of creating an extraordinary experience for our people.

  • 3 - 5 years in Talent Development / Learning and Development / Training or a related field.  

  • Experience in delivering full programs (including TNA and ROI).  

  • Experience working in a global or multinational company, understanding cultural differences, and delivering training programs across different regions.

  • You are articulate and fluent in English, written and spoken. 

  • You are curious, enjoy a challenge and want to take on responsibility. 

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • You are creative, logical and results-oriented. 

  • You are empathetic and self-aware. 

  • You have strong project management skills to oversee the development and implementation of training programs.
