Job Description
Lead the Charge in Cloud Migration as our Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Lead at Unit4
Unit4 is embarking on a groundbreaking journey to transition all our enterprise software solutions to the cloud, offering businesses unmatched flexibility, scalability, and efficiency. Over the next 18 months, we will guide all our customers through this transformation, and the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Lead will play a critical role in ensuring its success.
In this role, you'll drive the creation of accurate, insightful reporting systems that monitor migration progress, identify trends, and guide decision-making. Working closely with leadership teams and project managers, you'll ensure that data accuracy and integrity are maintained across all migration efforts. Your insights will directly shape the strategy and performance of our cloud migration, delivering real-time, actionable intelligence for the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Maintain standardised reporting templates and KPIs to measure in-delivery migration success
- Collect, consolidate, and validate project-level data to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement impacting the success of projects to report into the Proactive Interventions Manager
- Update and maintain reporting tools and dashboards with real-time data to ensure consistent visibility of migration progress
- Create frequent reports on cloud migration performance based on defined KPIs
- Proactively challenge issues with data accuracy and completeness to resolve data hygiene concerns
- Assist the Cloud Forecasting and Reporting Manager in producing strategic insights by delivering accurate, clean and standardised reports
Key interfaces and ways of working:
- Work closely with the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Manager to provide insights and updates influencing strategic decisions.
- Regularly update the Cloud Resource Management Manager on data findings, trends and reporting progress to align resource forecasts with project needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Works closely with project managers to track the progress of ongoing migrations and provide insights on potential risks
Qualifications
Skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Strong analytical skills to gather, validate and analyse data for reporting purposes
- Strong attention to detail to drive high standards of data integrity
- Clear communication skills and ability to present data findings effectively in a simplified format
- Proficiency with reporting tools and data management platforms
- Knowledge of cloud migration methodologies
- Ability to work at pace, managing multiple data points and reporting tasks
