Job Description

We are looking for a Field Marketing Professional to join our Marketing Operations Team to help support or lead processing and opportunity management. Working in a team of 3 Field Marketing Professionals, the team is responsible for processing inbound leads for Unit4s software and services. Other duties include a wide range of Marketing Operations activities to assist the Marketing Operations function in Unit4. In this role, you will be required to have excellent people skills, as well as experience in a sales or marketing function and digitally savvy.

A close working relationship with the Marketing, Business development and Sales is required to ensure that the lead generation processes are running smoothly and operating against business SLAs.

Reports To

  • Marketing Operations Manager

Field Marketing Professional Responsibilities

  • Data processing of leads and enquiries.
  • Opportunity creation.
  • Data quality assurance.
  • Opportunity management provide support to Business development and Sales teams.
  • Assist Marketing Operations manager in general tasks – reporting, operational program creation and data cleansing etc.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience working in Marketing or Sales function
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work to targets.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Digitally savvy
  • Persistent and resilient attitude
  • Desirable experience with Dynamics, Marketo and 6sense

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management
