About you and the role

As a University4U Training Coordinator, these are some of the qualities you will need.

Your main role is to manage and schedule virtual classroom training and certification exams for our employees and partners. You will also act as a backup to the LMS administrator. You are a member of the University4U team and will work closely with the LMS administrator and the instructors. Other important stakeholders are training coordinators and enablement managers in the other Offices.

What you will do

  • Manage and schedule virtual classroom training, for employees and partners
  • Manage the booking of certification exams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for University4U training and exams
  • Book virtual classrooms with IT and monitor state of readiness for participants 
  • Troubleshoot any issues with e-learning modules or virtual classrooms
  • Assist in communicating the course portfolio to stakeholders and ensure that the documentation is up to date
  • Create and distribute reports and evaluations, as requested
  • Act as an admin on the LMS
  • Create courses and publish learning material on the LMS
  • QA published material

Qualifications

Your approach

You like helping others and representing University4U and enjoy building relationships and creating trust. You are very organized and like to keep on top of things. You don’t mind hectic and varied days, and by the same token will happily do all the housekeeping chores when things are less busy. You are an excellent communicator with a good understanding of cultural differences.
