Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. You will act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Sales and other teams across the business to define and execute campaigns aimed at growing Unit4's portfolio.

What you will do

  • Execute marketing communications activities for pipeline generation such as
    • Digital campaigns: drive advertising and email campaigns to selected audiences in selected verticals
    • Webinars and (virtual) events: define agenda, invite selected audiences, manage Marketo activities
    • Social media – translate and create content for sharing on various social media platforms
    • PR: manage agency, translate releases and interviews, upload content onto website
    • Website: select and translate blogs, review existing dutch pages and translate new pages
  • Work closely with the go-to-market team on localization of global campaigns: blogs, marketing automation (emails, landing pages), digital ads
  • Customer communications: newsletters, customer events, customer references
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to align leads and MQLs
  • Support partners with various marketing activities
  • Effectively manage budget
  • Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and media partners)

Qualifications

  • Field Marketing experience in a B2B software company. Ideally 5+ years specifically supporting a sales region in a field marketing capacity.
  • Cloud/SaaS software marketing experience
  • Understand the enterprise selling process involving multiple decision-makers for the mid-market SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record in creating and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience holding regional marketing budget authority
  • Great people-friendly attitude and positive spirit that bring positive energy into any team
  • Strong project, communication, and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented, metrics driven, and be a very strong analytical thinker 
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, Linkedin, Marketo, Terminus and Asana
