Job Description
Your role as a value engineer is to define & articulate Unit4 enabled business outcomes and case for change across full customer lifecycle aligning with objectives & outcomes.
Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will:
- Formulate a strong case for change with prospects (NB) and customers (EB) alike:
- Through research and discovery, align strategic/business objectives and transformation goals with Unit4 proposition & solution portfolio
- Recommend best practices to address process improvements
- Quantify soft and hard benefits to the organization
- Challenge the customer, become their voice in the sales process and facilitate decision makers to be internal Unit4 champions
- Articulate value realised by existing customers in a similar approach as defined above
- Create Net-New thought leadership focused on Industry, Solution, Value
- Work with sales ecosystem to align value to demos, pricing, marketing and customer success
- Be a trusted advisor to sales colleagues (deal reviews, account plans, win themes)
- You will understand and sell the value of Unit4 solutions and why Unit4 is different to other suppliers in the marketplace. You love technology and you are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers that deliver the best value proposition for your clients.
- Your integrity and expertise is what will be tremendously valued by the sales ecosystem helping create, deliver and maximize value across the entire customer lifecycle.
Qualifications
- In depth knowledge in the verticals of Professional Services, Public Sector, Non-Profit and Higher Education.
- 5+ experience in ERP, HCM technology space
- Ideally, you will have previous work experience as an HR Practitioner, or Financial Management
- Building ROI’s and Business Cases to quantify impact of investment
