Job Description

What you will do 

·       You implement and lead country-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., benefit programs, manpower planning);

·       salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management and training assessment) in your specific region; 

·       You are the one who leads our HR community as a strategic business partner, change agent and member of the line management staff;  

·       You own the data quality and relationship with the 3rd Party administrative and payroll teams 

·       You advise senior management, managers and employees on HR practices and procedures;  

·       You manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of our corporate ethics and values; 

·       You make sure that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental specifications and our business needs. 

·       You build a network with the wider business to enable you to support your region efficiently as we work in a matrix organization and so you will need strong relationship skills to work with a broad range of global managers inside and outside your direct region. 

·       You will work collaboratively with the wider People Success leadership team to share best practice and find solutions to the common issues. 

·       You will ensure that you are visible and responsive to the leadership teams that you support. 

Qualifications

Your profile 

·       You have a Bachelor degree; 

·       You bring 6+ years of general HR experience and experience in an HR specialty; 

·       With your expertise, knowledge and friendly manner you help with and influence decision making;  

·       You are an expert in analyzing HR data in order to make sound decisions for the business; 

·       You love to work in a dynamic, never dull and fast paced environment; 

·       You easily connect and talk with people on different levels and like to guide and lead your teams with your knowledge.
