As ERP Reporting Consultant, you advise clients on how they can gain more insight into their data in order to optimise their business. You ensure that organisations have the right information to better anticipate new opportunities and possibilities in the market.

You identify and analyse data from different sources to report new insights and/or visualise information. You translate customer needs into reporting solutions and actively assist in the development of new techniques and products.

You will help ambitious service-centric organisations manage their business in the era of the Digital Revolution by providing an Enterprise solution that unlocks people’s potential to tackle challenges and capture opportunities.

• You analyse the reporting needs of our customers to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
• You create reports, document templates and workspaces according to requirements.
• You provide proper training to users and support them using our reporting tools.
• You ensure proper documentation and prepared guidelines to provide the ability to modify and maintain the reports on ongoing basis.
• You liaise with product managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements, or ideas to help them innovate.
• You always stay ahead, abreast of new functionality within the Unit4 Product family and maintain an up to date knowledge of statutory requirements within your area of expertise.

You will be part of a strong and close team with a lot of experience that works with and for each other and the customer. Together, you invest in long-term customer relations. We work with local market-oriented teams that help (local) government, not for profit and professional services organisations. 

• You have experience in a similar position where report development and customer interaction are key.
• You have experience with SQL and are adept at making queries and collecting data.
• You operate at the intersection of technology and business and work closely with our consultants and customers.
• You have the analytical skills to analyse the customers' needs and translate them into the correct display of management information.
• You love interacting with people and help organizations work smarter and more efficient, enabling them to make the right decisions and capitalise on opportunities.
• The English language is indispensable for your daily communication internally and externally. We have clients all over the Benelux, which makes fluency in Dutch and/or French essential.
• Having a solid understanding of general and financial business processes is an asset.
