The Senior Project Manager leads and manages the implementation of Unit4 software solutions throughout the entire client engagement lifecycle. This individual will lead and drive projects to successful completion, achieving prescribed delivery dates within budget while meeting customer requirements and exceeding expectations. This crucial team-based role:

• Ensures project plan and deliverables align with the project scope as outlined in the project’s Statement of Work;
• Collaborates with Unit4 resource management team to appropriately staff each project;
• Leads, manages, and collaborates closely with project team members including architects, consultants, and global subject matter experts as required to create and execute project plans and work breakdown structures consistent with Unit4 prescribed best practices;
• Maintains, updates, and communicates all project tasks, dependencies, risks, issues, budget, etc.;
• Tracks progress against project SOW, initiation documentation, and baseline schedule;
• Ensures concise, accurate, and timely communication of project status to stakeholders including Unit4 senior management, customer account team, and customer, and escalates risks and issues on timely basis;
• Maintains accurate weekly revenue and cost forecast for each project;
• Manages change requests and works with the project team, Unit4 account team, and customer as required to scope and estimate impacts of the changes requested;
• Ensures that work is not performed outside of contracted scope without appropriate change order documentation accepted by the client;
• Maintains and archives all key project documents into appropriate systems;
• Actively keeps abreast of latest trends and best practices in IT Project Management;
• Builds and shares experience-based knowledge and resources directly with peers and across Unit4;
• Coaches and mentors junior project management team members;
• Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to time and expense reporting, code of conduct, ethics, security and other required training;
• Continually identifies customer knowledge gaps and opportunities for Unit4 product or service expansion and enhancement.

• Advanced level practitioner with track record of performing well under pressure while multi-tasking and managing cross functional teams on multiple simultaneous projects;
• Able to negotiate and manage relationships with internal and customer teams at all levels using advanced oral and written English-language communications skills;
• Able to influence at a senior level with internal management, customers, and suppliers
• 5 or more years of relevant professional project management experience;
• Proven ability to lead large scale technical engagements (6+ team members, over $500K USD, over 9 months duration, multiple product suites);
• Able to form and manage cross functional teams and apply leadership skills;
• Self-starter who is able to establish and maintain momentum on tasks and activities;
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment in challenging  situations so as to achieve desired outcomes;
• Experience working with SaaS and onboarding tenants;
• Experience with migrating complex software from on premise to cloud (preferred);
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar DevOps platform (preferred);
• Possess working knowledge of ERPs (preferred);
• Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certified (preferred)
• Experience working across time zones (preferred)
