Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global People Enablement team. As People Science lead you will further develop a cutting-edge People Science function at Unit4 and use People Analytics to drive employee engagement and enhance both people and business outcomes. You will embed data analytics in day-to-day HR processes consistently to ultimately use analytics’ predictive power to derive insights for better talent management decisions and solving strategic challenges at the workplace.

You provide insights and trends to the business and initiate actions and plans that are data-driven. You make use of our wide range of people metrics and continuously work to get the most value out of our HR tech landscape. You engage with global and local People Success colleagues to and ensure data quality. Additionally you own our people performance management cycle and ensure that our people’s performance is reviewed on a regular basis. Your insights allow us to put people first in decision making and drive employee engagement.

You will:

  • Own 'People Science' at Unit4, providing key insights on people to all levels in the organization to support true fact-based decision making on people everywhere!
  • Get the most value out of our HR tech landscape and continuously embark on initiatives to improve people data, working with our own products and with colleagues in People Success around the globe and with the People Services team in Lisbon, Portugal;
  • Define and execute on the People data strategy at a global level;
  • Analyze the data and identify trends to establish People Insights, reporting to various stakeholder across the organization up to our investors;
  • Turn insights into actions. You will get a lot of freedom to translate your insights into actions through which we can make a true impact on people experience in our organization;
  • Own, and run our state-of-the-art people performance management & engagement pulsing processes;
  • Support the people enablement team across all our initiatives creating an extraordinary environment for our people. Get ready to work on a lot of great things on L&D, Talent Acquisition, CSR and much more going way beyond this job ad.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor degree and have a passion for data
  • You have a vision on how People Science can transform the workplace
  • You are Tech-savvy and master analytical techniques to generate actionable data-driven insights
  • You would love to act as a go to point on all data related questions and are genuinely interested in what motivates people.
  • You like rolling up your sleeves, from conceptualizing to taking care of the detailed operational stuff.
  • You like change and complexity and thrive in a highly dynamic environment, taking on all sorts of activities and initiatives.
  • You are reliable and discrete as you understand the sensitivity of the people data you will be working with.
  • You like to work in an international context. Your English is fluent, and you are a strong communicator.
