Job Description
- Screening other graduate candidates for R&D positions
- Scheduling interviews for Recruiter and hiring managers
- Updating our ATS (smart recruiters)
- Collecting hiring data and update project files / dashboards
- Data analysis, preparation of reports, suggesting improvements.
- Supporting other TA / HR projects
Qualifications
- You are a student in the field of Business, HR or IT or similar
- You can work independently and take ownership of a project
- You easily connect and talk with people on different levels;
- Your English is fluent
- Good technical skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook, Excel and Power Point
- Previous recruiting experience is a plus – not essential
- Knowledge of ATS is a plus
