The Workplace Experience team are at the centre of this vision, and we are seeking an experienced Global Workplace Experience Manager driven and passionate to operationally manage these spaces around the world and continue to iterate our Flex4U approach.

In this exciting role, there is responsiblity for overseeing all aspects Unit4s physical locations including our shared co-working agreements. The ideal candidate will ensure that everything is running smoothly and effectively, from the equipment to the employees to the customer experience. This position requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide, mentor and nurture Senior Office Leads, Office Leads or Coordinators for certain countries or region who report directly to the role holder. The ideal candidate will be comfortable prioritizing and multi-tasking and will be responsible for the overall experience provided to our offices.  The Global Workplace Experience Manager is also tasked with developing strategies to improve performance in various areas, driving strategy and operational process whilst continually benchmarking and providing innovative thought towards their office portfolio. Ensuring deliverables are met with a high standard, the individual will be well connected and able to leverage relationships with the wider real estate and facilities industry, ensuring we deliver clean, safe & secure Workplaces, maintained to the highest standard and meeting the necessary local compliance requirements. Most importantly, the holder of this role will be very closely aligned with the People Success Leadership Team, sharing the same ‘Team Ethos’ & messaging whenever they speak to their direct reports or in meetings with Unit4 business partners.

Key Objectives:

• Strategic oversight of workplace experience globally
• Joint ownership of our Flex4U program
• Operational oversight of Unit4 offices and co working spaces globally
• Thought leadership on Global Design Playbook incorporating new ways of working (latest blog), sustainable design and guidance on new building selection
• Improving carbon footprint, sustainability and wellbeing through better design and operational management of all leased and owned spaces
• Management of real estate life cycle from strategy to site selection, capital project management and operational control including emerging markets and M&A activity
• Leadership of global Workplace team
• Management of global operational budget
• Consolidation of global real estate portfolio and decision making on strategic location scenarios in conjunction with finance and procurement
• Implementation and management of a Health & Safety program globally
• Strategically aligning with global leadership team and other business stakeholders

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role within a high paced environment
• Ability to work on many complex tasks simultaneously
