Job Description
As a Application Support Consultant you will provide troubleshooting and 2nd line tech support services to best-of-breed software applications like Drupal, ServiceNow and Khoros. You will contribute to the development of the services and the implementation and adoption of the software within Unit4.
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot, Diagnose, analyze and resolve application and user issues or User requests such as User management, Groups, Access etc.
- Trainings to Users: Provide training on for the ServiceDesk
- Participate in the Application lifecycle as Tester, and jr. Developer
Qualifications

- BSc degree in computer science or related fields
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Teams, Office365)
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow big advantage
- Previous experience of working within Corporate IT
- Strong analytical skills and out of the box thinking is an advantage.
- ITIL knowledge big advantage
