Job Description

We are looking for a recent graduate to support our account based marketing (ABM) strategy by gathering contact, account, and buying group information for marketing or business development teams to pursue. You will conduct contact discovery and add new names and contact information to a database. You will also handle account intelligence by enriching current account and contact records and mapping out buying groups for selected accounts and adding relevant firmographic information to the account record. Part of the role includes supporting marketing events by driving registrations or encouraging attendance at events. You will rely on a spectrum of tactics that include using contact databases like Zoom Info, social media, and web searches to discover contact, account, and buying group information. Ultimately this role will help to drive revenue in our target accounts across the globe.

This role is based in our Lisbon office, with flexiblity to work from home if desired.

What you will do

  • Discover and validate contact information to confirm an individual’s role within a buying group and develop account and opportunity maps for revenue development teams to pursue.
  • Support contact discovery and validation by searching databases, conducting online research, making targeted calls to operators, or using the organization’s voicemail system.
  • Identify and validate the individual target buyer personas that are involved in a buying decision.
  • Map possible buying groups for delivery to other revenue development groups.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Sales and Business Development, and assist with their data requests.
  • Support marketing events by increasing event registrations through proactive outreach to individuals.
  • Comply with all demand management-related service-level agreements.
  • Track and manage discovery activities in the organization’s CRM – Dynamics D365.


We are looking for a bright and inquisitive graduate, with great attention to detail, who is looking to start a successful career in marketing or sales.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use existing and emerging social media tools to monitor targeted accounts and buying groups

  • Team player who is coachable and eager to learn
  • Desire to continue to learn, whether to advance a career in inside sales or transition to field sales
  • Discipline and energy to maintain high activity volumes
  • Professional level in English
