Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity within Unit4 for a License Process Optimization Analyst to join the License Management Team.
The License Process Optimization Analyst will support the development of process optimization tools for licensing of Unit4 products the License Management team deliver.
He/she will assist with the construction of reports and automation to improve data quality and streamline current processes employed by the team, and with any additional projects requested by the manager.
The person will be part of a team who will work very closely together and support/assist each other where and when required in support of customers’ critical/urgent requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting in operational improvement/process optimization initiatives for the License Management Team.
• Providing support in process optimization initiatives by translating ideas into solutions.
• Providing technical assistance in larger projects related to licensing.
• Supporting the License Key Administrators with BAU activities where necessary and in line with high volumes.
Qualifications
• Advanced Excel level and VBA knowledge essential – additional technical knowledge such as Access, Power Query, SQL and Power BI would be a huge plus.
• Previous experience as a business analyst/consultant desirable.
• Knowledge of license key ordering process and tools; media ordering process and tools would be a +
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure
• Positive, organized, self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
• B2 level of English. At least one additional language other than English, in particular German, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch would be a huge advantage.
