Job Description
Our APAC People Success Team is looking for a People Success advisor to support our APAC region. As a HR Executive(People Success Advisor), you will work closely with the People Success Director to support our leaders with employees based in the region to deliver an exceptional people experience and People Success strategy that closely supports the overall strategy of Unit4.
What you will do
- You support the business and build leadership capability ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to effectively lead teams to deliver company ambitions;
- You advise and support line managers in your remit through everyday People Success situations and associated policies and procedures;
- You ensure a proper implementation of People Success programs, actions and policies such as organizational training, performance management, talent and career management;
- You enable our people to focus on work that really matters linking your advice to our strategic goals.
- You monitor and drive employee engagement, are focused on building global cross functional relationships and comply with local governance.
- You work together with the People Success Director on a variety of projects while taking the lead on APAC specific tasks and projects.
- You work closely with our Centralized People Success Administrative Team on joiners, leavers, employment changes and payroll.
- You support in the onboarding of new hires to ensure an outstanding new hire experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, organizational psychology or other relevant area;
- Experience in a HR Officer/HR Advisor position, preferably in an IT or software company;
- Knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia labor laws (knowledge of other country law in APAC is a plus);
- Experience in implementing and improving HR processes such as onboarding, organizational training, performance management and talent management;
- You are sensitive to cultural differences because of your experience in international orientated organizations.
- You like to structure and improve processes and workflows and you are obsessed with maintaining a flawless administration
- A positive, curious, pro-active and highly motivated individual
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
