What you will do
You will participate in planning, estimation, demonstration and retrospective activities as member of the Agile/Scrum team, develop software components that are reusable, scalable, and extensible for future changes/enhancements, and Mentor by following and championing development best practices and reviewing peers’ work product.
You will also translate functional requirements represented as user stories into sound technical solutions, create and maintain development environment for efficient testing and integration and ensure that the software developed has been tested at a modular and integration level.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have outstanding oral and written communication with peers, stakeholders and supervisor, have an advanced experience of the Microsoft Development Stack, be advanced at SQL/database programming Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
You need to produce high quality, maintainable software, be able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, have experience in Agile software development practices such as Scrum, have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in full lifecycle software development and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in design and development of cloud-based applications in C#, ASP.NET, MVC4.
You must be flexible and have the ability to work in a continually changing, client-focused environment, be able to balance multiple high-priority deliverables, have strong analytical skills, have strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills and be self-managed and motivated.
You should also be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, be able to follow through tasks to completion, be very organized and detail oriented and be customer-friendly attitude.
