The Sales Operations Analyst position has a strong focus on contract and RFP (Request for Proposal) management skills. In addition to these core functions the Sales Operations Analyst also plays an integral role in a wide variety of sales and marketing related operational projects.

Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Support/Operations
• Support and provide back up for sales operations activities such as:
• Process and reporting support for
• RFP administration and support
• Sales contract process kickoff and tracking in CRM
• Product delivery and software license string administration
• New Customer Program
• Support for various pricing processes and tools
• SharePoint documentation, administration and support for Sales and Sales Operations processes and procedures
• Intercompany and third party product order processes etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organization
• Maintain up-to-date operational data for regular reporting to internal stakeholders

RFP Project Management
This position is responsible for the project management and preparation of professional responses to large Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) and meeting the response deadlines. The overall role of this position is project management of the entire proposal process and achieving consistency in proposals with corporate messaging, materials presentation and branding.

Specific tasks include:

• Review RFIs and RFPs to provide input into qualification and assessment of the sales opportunity
• Set, communicate and manage the response schedule
• Incorporate responses to questions that can be answered with boilerplate answers
• Determine and assign questions that require subject matter experts to answer
• Track completion of these deadline oriented assignments and be responsible for incorporating them into the final proposal
• Recommend revisions to proposal content so it is consistent, professional and aligns with overall product differentiators
• Create professional final RFI/RFP response documents and submit to prospects
• Create, maintain and manage review process for boilerplate answers in RFP Machine tool

 Skills Required:

• Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Experience meeting fixed deadlines to complete projects
• Ability to analyze RFIs/RFPs for company and product fit
• Experience in preparing RFP responses and/or project execution experience
• Team player and ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Offices suite of products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel.)
• Strong working knowledge of would be an asset

• Previous hi-tech Sales Operations experience

Supervises: None
Location: Victoria, BC, St. Louis, MO or Burlington, MA
Travel Requirement: Up to 20%. Candidates must be able to travel throughout North America
