We are looking for an R&D Department Coordinator for our Central R&D Department in Wrocław. You will be the R&D Site Director’s right hand, which means that you are the one who keeps overview and sets priorities. Do you always know what is going on in the organization? What you will do

  • You spend a small portion of your time helping managers and other colleagues with administrative support, making sure everything is running smoothly;
  • For the most part you will work on specific and defined projects, which can entail: procurement process management equipment management, social team coordination, employer branding; training new colleagues in the way we work, project coordination and logistics, documentation and collateral coordination, working together with Human Resources and making sure everything is registered in a proper way;
  • You analyze basic spreadsheet models and track the progress of projects, making sure everything is running smoothly;
  • You will be the gatekeeper of schedules and create win-win situations for every meeting;
  • Next to your gatekeeper role is your connecting role between colleagues in the departments. Which also means that you show leadership, credibility, trust and support in your contact with management and other colleagues within Central R&D Department;
  • You keep your manager well informed of his commitments and responsibilities. And you act as a “barometer” for the issues taking place in the environment.

As a R&D Departmnet Coordinator you are creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven and community oriented. You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.  You will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters

Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience on similar position;
  • Proficient with MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent English
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to various audiences;
