As a Marketing Manager you will orchestrate successful demand generation across a large or complex country. You will establish full leadership of the marketing team in the country and aligns the local marketing approach with the corporate marketing strategy. You will ensure the Sales and Marketing collateral highlights Unit4’s competitive advantages with evidences. You will take responsibility for developing lead generation programs, tailored to the geographical and market characteristics. You are capable of inspiring top line growth, whilst developing Unit4’s profile into corporate markets. You build a strong collaborative working partnership with all business units, corporate/functional marketing groups as well as regional sales teams by providing strong customer and marketing knowledge and a broad understanding of the marketing mix. You plan, implement, report and drive the delivery of local marketing plans and programmes in support of world strategies and business objectives.

What you will do

  • Transform and lead marketing team to result in sales/revenues increase
  • Guide in marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation, devising and executing 360-campaigns that builds on digital infrastructure and relevant event platforms
  • Manage and drive digital agencies to achieve impact on pipeline building through SEO, SEM, Social Selling and other digital campaigns
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that are geared toward engaging new and existing accounts
  • Take a lead role in market research for various markets
  • Build strong relationships with the Unit4 Sales leads and teams
  • Managing press relations agencies in Singapore and Australia in partnership with the global PR team
  • Overview and control in marketing key metrics
  • Drive transformation within the organisation as part of the Asia Management Team

Your approach

The successful candidate understands B2B marketing, but is also a creative professional who can lead and execute campaigns in various verticals. This position requires both strategic and tactical abilities and strong project management skills. Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, company sales, Excom, user groups and industry trade associations. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budgets, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.

We ask

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Communication), Communication or any relevant study
  • Proven track record of success in transforming and leading marketing organizations that has resulted in sales/revenues increase
  • Significant marketing experience, along with a deep knowledge of sales, business development and end-to-end demand management
  • Experience with change management and the ability to drive a paradigm shift of the sales and marketing organization
  • Experience in developing a strategic marketing plan, as well as to mobilize and maximize the productivity of resources within the organization
  • Ability to recognize and leverage best practice in marketing strategy, campaign development and execution
  • 8 years experience in relevant marketing functional roles within a relevant environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Drive metrics with a strong understanding of data
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally
