Global Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking to hire 2 new Talent Sourcing Specialists for our international Talent Acquisition Team (12 Recruiters, Talent Sourcing Specialist, and interns), who can headhunt talent for our teams across the globe (predominately in Europe). You will be part of the Talent Sourcing Team, who work out of our sunny office in Lisbon, Portugal. In this job you will learn much about labor markets inside and outside of Portugal.
In this job you will hire many new Software Developers, Sales Executives, Consultants, Project Managers, Software Testers and staff positions (in example Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing).

What you will do
You start your day by checking your inbox to see who replied to your messages via (in example) LinkedIn, to connect and speak with you about a current or future job opportunities. After scheduling some phone or Skype interviews, you will contact new candidates and make them interested in speaking to you. In your communications, you take into account the various DNA of candidates that are out there and knowing what they are interested in (technologies, learning and development programs, salaries, employee benefits, social events and much more).
For new jobs you will join intake meetings with the hiring manager and Recruiter, to get a solid understanding about the requirements (skills, competencies, experience, personality, education) of the position you are going to recruit for. You will work with the Recruiter to publish job ads online (at our career website, social media and job sites), drive online employer branding campaigns (content-driven messages, sponsored jobs, company pages, etcetera) and join our Portuguese Recruiter in careers events in Lisbon.
To manage your jobs and candidates, working closely together with our experienced Recruiters, you use our new applicant tracking system Bullhorn. You have many sources at your disposal to find talent wherever they are in the world.
As Talent Sourcing Specialist you will also develop quick, strategic and creative sourcing strategies and programs that gain the attention of potential new colleagues. This to create an effective pipeline of high potentials available for immediate hire.
As Talent Sourcing Specialist, you are a business partner for the organization in general and specifically for our international Talent Acquisition Team: you advise, support and improve current processes and provide insights about labor market trends.
You report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Marc) who is based from our headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

You are able to deal with a large number of jobs, keep clear oversight of your work (this means you need to be quite organized!) and are result-driven (you want to fill that position). You can work with the rest of the team, and you also don’t mind locking yourself in a meeting room to contact and speak to many candidates.
You like working for an organization in change and see challenges instead of obstructions. You are highly motivated, tech-savvy and have a positive mindset.
To be successful in this job of Talent Sourcing Specialist you need to have a Bachelor or Master degree, as our organization and industry is quite complex. For you to have a smooth start, you already have some experience in recruiting staff working for another (tech) company.
You know your way around systems, tools and applications (Microsoft Office, Social Media) and like working with them (not too much though). You have a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You pay close attention to detail and are able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
You speak and write English fluently and in addition master one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, German, French or Spanish.
