We are looking for a full time temporary digital marketing professional during the maternity leave of our marketing colleague. You are welcome to join us with immediate effect until May 2019, and will be located at our Norwegian headquarter office in Nydalen, Oslo. 

As a digital marketing professional you will be a part of the Continental Europe marketing team, with focus on driving marketing campaigns for the Norwegian market. You will work within all marketing areas needed in order to support the Norwegian business, such as smaller seminars and events, newsletters, local content creation, advertisement, telemarketing, and also budgeting and marketing planning, etc. The largest focus of this role is to drive our digital campaigns in Marketo and to secure sales & marketing alignment. This position is the local brand ambassador to protect our brand values and to secure our positioning in the local market.

Key Tasks

-          Be a flexible and open-minded team player ready to take on the tasks needed in order to reach our business targets

-          Take good care of our customers, and create inspiring interaction with new customers via various marketing channels

-          Plan, project-manage, and coordinate all digital campaigns in Norway, aligned with global campaign structure, but with a local touch

-          Creation of local content when needed in order to stay relevant on the Norwegian market

-          Continuous alignment with local sales team for planning, follow-up and discussions

-          Work closely with regional and global marketing team in order to drive continuous improvements and developments of our Unit4 marketing structure and approach

-          Work together with the regional event manager to execute on major events in Norway

-          Work with the regional PR & Communications manager to coordinate PR work in Norway

-          Plan, manage and execute on smaller local events and seminars

-          Manage supporting agencies to deliver their key tasks, such as telemarketing for example

-          Deliver meeting updates/comms to all internal stakeholders

-          Liaise with partners if applicable

-          Manage and report on budgets

-          Manage procurement and contract processes when needed

-          Pick up loose ends as they arise


-          Master’s or BA/BS degree in marketing/relevant area or equivalent work experience

-          5-10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing management

-          Proven track-record of marketing success KPIs and business outcomes

-          Experience from B2B marketing, preferably from IT industry or similar

-          Great communicator with high attention to detail and organizational skills

-          Used to working with multiple stakeholders – from management teams, to agencies, to the regional and global marketing team

-          Ability to prioritize, focus and balance the workload in a dynamic and virtual environment

-          Executing against, and managing budgets

-          Delivering tangible ROI from campaigns – primarily leads and opportunities



-          Customer centric mind-set

-          Positive attitude and a contributor to a great work atmosphere

-          Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English is a must

-          Hands-on systems experience in Salesforce and Marketo is a must

-          Experience with marketing automation programs, as well as the whole process from generating leads to closing marketing sourced deals

-          Strong project management capabilities
