We are a small yet influential team within Global Talent Acquisition, which is being led by Marc Stuut. The current team is located across the globe, in Singapore, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Portugal, Poland, Sweden and United States. All team members are responsible for hiring talent in multiple countries and across all job families (Professional Services, Research and Development, Customer Support, Sales and Staff).
What will you do?
In the job of Recruiter, you will focus on hiring talent for teams located in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our teams in Germany currently have the highest number of vacancies, so recruiting talent in Germany will be having your main focus.
As a Recruiter you will own, manage and drive the entire end-end recruitment process, which starts by speaking directly to our hiring managers about their requirements for each role they want to recruit for and you provide useful insights about the available talent and what they are looking for in their new job.
You will develop and share with the hiring managers and HR Business Partners your recruitment plan, which includes your lead time to find candidates, when the hiring manager can expect to be interviewing your shortlisted candidates and which internal and external sources (such as Yammer, LinkedIn, Xing and many more) you will use to find candidates and drive applications. You will also organize and attend career events at universities to speak to students about internships and their first job after their graduation.
You will play an important part in our weekly team meetings where we share our knowledge and expertise about recruitment trends, difficult to fill vacancies, projects (such as integrating pre-employment assessments to our recruitment process and much more.
You will be working closely together with our HR Managers and HR Business Partners, where you update them regularly about vacancy and candidate progress (analytics) and determine which actions to undertake to get a better candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

You influence relationships with your stakeholders and you share your insights on the market throughout the interview process. You manage a recruitment process seamlessly from the initial kick-off meeting through to offer negotiation and close and you see the value in building an external network and utilize fully all the appropriate tools to drive your success.
You fully appreciate the importance of having an open communicative style when partnering with the business. You build natural rapport and you are passionate when it comes to identifying and attracting the best talent.
In order to be successful in this job of Recruiter, you need to speak Germany and English fluently. You know how to find candidates in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets, interest them for a career in the Business Software industry and are able to determine what great looks like.
